Paper Submission

Submitted papers must follow the IEEE two-column format with single-spaced, ten-point font in the text. The length of submitted paper can be from 6 to 8 pages including figures and references. Papers must be submitted in PDF format.

Authors MUST submit their papers electronically using the EasyChair paper submission site. A personal user account needs to be created prior to paper submission. Registration of the paper consists of specifying a title, short abstract of up to 250 words, and providing information for all authors including affiliation. Categories best specifying the content of the paper are also selected by the authors. Then the full paper in PDF can be uploaded.
